Our Vision:
GameCalls.Net was started in July, 1999 by two brothers
from Kentucky, William and Gary Bell. Avid hunters and fishermen
for most of their lives since the 1960's, they envisioned
a website that would have almost every type of information
a hunter could ever need, plus a high quality selection
of outdoors products with an emphasis on game calls. They
desired a website that was not cluttered with advertisements
as too many websites today have, and with easy access to
all the information without requiring the visitors to fill
out tons of forms. In fact, William and Gary wanted to design
this website for their own use as well. They are regular
visitors of the site, and are always using many of the features
on this site personally. They figure if a website they design
is going to be worth visiting, then they would desire to
use the site themselves. Here at GameCalls.Net, we are always
working hard to insure that our prices are the lowest around,
and our shipping rates are very competitive. We don't believe
in gouging customers on shipping like our competitors do.
We stand behind our products and will do whatever is necessary
to make sure our customers are happy.

Privacy Policy:
We will never share any customers information such as their
phone numbers, addresses, or E-Mail addresses with any other
company. We know the feeling of getting a bunch of junk
mail (which most people call spam), and do not want others
to suffer with any additional uneccessary mail such as this.
We treat your personal information as we would treat our
own. Customers will not receive any continual email solicitation

at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if
the customer does consent to receive email from the company,
the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available,
along with unsubscribe instructions in every email. Private
Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials,
etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. No
financial information is stored on our online site or in
our offices, but financial information is stored at our
processing services such as Authorize.Net and Paypal in
encrypted form for no more than 60 days as stated above
as per credit card industry rules.

business day (Monday - Friday). It is rare, but UPS and
other shipping services sometimes make errors causing delays
in orders. Also, weather and other conditions can cause
delays. We cannot be held responsible for errors caused
by delivery services or delays caused by weather or other
natural or manmade occurrences.
