Produces the true low and soft grunt of a rutting buck. A special weighted voice reed produces this low sound without a long tube. Sound is made with inhalation to keep reed from freezing.
Place call between thumb and index finger. Inhale briefly for low, soft grunts. Open hand to amplify, close hand slowly to muffle the sound.
